Who uses WEEE Recycle?
1. The end-user of electrical and electronic appliances.

2. A producer of electrical waste who has a Self Compliance responsibility under the WEEE Directive. WEEE Recycle will assist in finalising the Waste Managment Plan and reporting requied for self compliance in Ireland. WEEE Recyle will be your authorised collection and treatment option, ensuring compliance with WEEE legislation and Articles 20,21 & 22 of the plan.
All companies have electrical waste and our customers include small and medium sized enterprises, Multi-National Organisations, Government Departments, Universities & Health Boards.
Our e-waste management solutions address;
Environmental Concerns: Companies have a Duty of Care to use licensed outlets for their waste. WEEE Recycle assures you of a dedicated and certified collection service, coupled with sensible, economical and sustainable recycling in an EPA licensed facility.
Security Concerns: Whether they are voice or data tapes for granulation or hard-drives which need to be completely destroyed, information security is taken very seriously by WEEE Recycle. As formatting has been exposed as unreliable, WEEE Recycle destroys all data-carriers by shredding them in our dedicated plant and provides detailed certification of the correct recycling of your consignment.
Customer Relationship Management: WEEE Recycle appreciates the importance of timely responses to collection requests and accurate reporting of process details.
Collection staff trained in the etiquette of collecting waste from a busy business/office environment causing minimal disturbance to your business.
Cost-effectiveness: Recycling is thought to be an expensive option. There are expenses associated with compliance and licensing, hazardous waste handling, insurance and haulage. Yet when recycling, handling and transport charges associated with WEEE Recycle are compared to the costs associated with labour, skip-hire and landfill charges (many skip-operators will not accept e-waste) the cost-effectiveness of recycling can be appreciated.
Recycling Capabilities: WEEE Recycle will manage ANY hazardous and non-hazardous electrical and electronic waste including;
IT and Office equipment covering mainframes, servers, CPU’s and Monitors. Laptops and any office equipment used for printing, typing, copying, laminating, shredding or calculating as well as peripherals, batteries and fluorescent tubes.
